The medallions pattern in this cardigan has a timeless quality that Diane loves. It inspired her to use pattern placement to create a border print that would be flattering for all body types. To keep the overall look light, the sleeves have a shorter version of the border pattern. This placement also draws the eye upward to the face, while the pattern itself draws the eye in at the waist without the need for shaping. Worked in one piece from the bottom up with set in sleeves and knitted on front bands, this cardigan is perfect for hanging out at the skihytte (ski lodge) or anywhere else.
