Skywalker is a semi-circular shawl, worked from the top down. You start with 9 stitches picked up around a garter stitch tab, and work out with increase rows loosely based on Elizabeth Zimmermann’s Pi-Shawl formula.

A variety of lace patterns are placed in between these increase rows.

The stitches start out quite easy and get a bit more challenging as the project progresses and you are ready to learn new skills!

Skywalker is one of two patterns I designed for an on-line class with Craftsy.com… if you sign up for the class you will get copies of both Skywalker and Clarus in your class materials.
