This is a pattern for a pair of lace socks, knitted toe-up with a upside down French heel and a garter lace edging. The pattern is written for magic looping, but using DPN’s is also possible.

As the socks are knitted toe-up, you can adjust the length of the cuff according to the yardage at your disposal.
