Inspired by all the floppy caps that have been cropping up on Ravelry and sock yarn that’s too pretty to put on one’s feet.

Possible yarn substitutions: Crystal Palace Mini Mochi (2 skeins), Noro Silk Garden Sock or Kureyon Sock (1 skein), or Kauni Multicolor (1 large skein).

Note: This hat is intended to be loose-fitting, and I apparently have a bigger noggin (or, more likely, way more hair) than many of you! If you want a snugger fit, cast on any multiple of ten stitches and it’ll come out just the same, except your stitch counts for the decrease rows will be slightly different.
