A nice, easy shawl pattern for knitters who have mastered the basic knit and purl patterns and are looking to expand their skills.

Slip and Knit Shawl is a triangular, asymmetric shawl in worked sideways in one piece. It features a simple slip stitch pattern, layered like bricks. It looks best in DK, worsted or even Aran weight yarns.

Single colours or variegated colours are both suitable.

The size of the shawl is easily adjustable to the desired size.
The sample shawls are made with approx. 540 yds (500 m) of DK weight yarn.
