I love knitting patterns that look complicated but are actually very simple. This pattern uses slipped stitches to create a unique texture, and when knit in a gorgeous handspun yarn the final product is just breathtaking.

The earband is knit flat and closed with a button at the back. It is a great project for advanced beginning knitters.
