Lion Brand Notes:

The Lower Band is worked first. When Lower Band has been completed, stitches are picked up along one long side of the Band for the Body. Body is worked in one piece up to armholes, then divided for fronts and back.

A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of Body stitches. Work back and forth on the circular needle as if working on straight needles. If you prefer, you can work all pieces except the Body using straight needles.
