Slipped Stitch Goodin Cowl
A textured knitted rib stitch flows into a slipped stitch pattern. The appearance varies from subtle when worked in a single color to dramatic when worked with a long repeat yarn or multiple colors. The Crocheted Goodin Cowl version of this pattern is also available.
Instructions are written for worsted weight yarn, but Aran weight can be substituted in for a slightly larger cowl or infinity scarf.
Worsted weight dimensions:
Cowl: 21” (53.3 cm) circumference x 7.5” (19 cm)
Infinity scarf: 53” (134.6 cm) circumference x 7.5” (19 cm)
Cowl requires approximately 140 yards /128 m.
Infinity scarf requires approximately 375 yards / 350 yds.
Multi-colored
Cowl: MC 90 yds/83 m. CC 50 yds/46 m.
Infinity scarf: MC 225 yds /206 m. CC 125 yds/114m.
