I LOVE the look of the new trend for this fall, crocheted slouch boots, but I didn’t want to spend a lot for them. So I sat down and for the last week I have worked and reworked this boot so that it is perfect! This style of boot I have never made before, and it took me awhile to figure it all out so that they do NOT fit like slippers.

THESE FIT LIKE REAL BOOTS! They stay on while you walk, and are super comfy and warm. These do NOT puff out in the instep like slippers. They are form fitting to the foot. They are free standing. The pattern is written so that they will fit ANY sized foot!

They also have a waterproof sole (which is optional) that is readily available and inexpensive, so you can wear these outdoors even in the rain and snow (although I wouldn’t wear them in deep snow). I included all the info on where to purchase soling in all of my patterns. I also sell the soles in my shop if you prefer to purchase them.

You can also make these any height you want, from ankle high to thigh high!
