From the Pattern Description: These socks are ideal for relaxing in. Unlike most socks, which are knitted on sets of double-pointed needles, these are worked on just two single-pointed needles, making them easier to knit. The rib that slants from the side edges towards the centre stops at the heel to make shaping simple to follow.
