This is a pattern for a cute beret style slouchy beanie. It takes single crochet - double crochet - slip stitching to join - and working in the round. It will be very easy for experienced crocheters and a great pattern for beginners to test their new skills.

My pattern begins with an abbreviated version and continues on to an unabbreviated version with many pictures explaining the steps.

These hats fit most but should easily be adjustable with a step up or down in hook size if you need.

1 skein of Bernat Super Value yarn should be enough to make a couple of these beanies.
