Slow Motion is a contemporary versatile shawl design that is knit in a simple yet classic rectangular shape and in a fully reversible stitch pattern. The combination of a rib stitch and mesh stitch in one creates columns of openwork stitches, and an overall wave pattern gave the name to this design.

The shawl looks its best when stretched and blocked with wires or/and pins to make an airy and light open fabric. Another option is to block this accessory lightly in order to preserve the volume created by the rib stitch component and wear it as a scarf.

Finished Measurements (approx):
17 x 55 inches (43 x 140 cm) - wet blocked with wires/pins;
12 x 50 inches (30.5 x 127 cm) - moderately blocked.
