This small Sherpa-like bag is quick and simple (can be completed in an evening), yet luxuriously soft and stylish!

The body of the bag is worked back and forth as one piece using the velvety soft “Blanket” yarn, then folded to create the flat bag. The simulated Sherpa trim is added once the flat body piece is completed.

Closure is accomplished with one barrel button.

This is a great winter project to use some of that wonderful (but oh-so-space-consuming!) Blanket yarn. When combined with the fluffy Pipqueak yarn, it makes an attractive Sherpa-like accessory!

This would make a nice small Christmas bag when worked with Bernat Blanket Brights “Racecar Red”!
