Here’s a form-fitting jumper with a very modish shoulder-line and a simulated yoke in garter-stitch. lt’s an ideal winter garment to wear with a sports skirt or under a suit. You’ll find it ever so easy to make. No girl or woman would feel drab and unattractive in this sunshiny-looking jumper. It’s a tonic for the blues, a challenge to biting winds and frosty weather. Wear it at home, with your coat or two-piece when you go out of doors. Use the wool specified (this is important) and follow directions to success.

Measurements: Length from top of shoulder, 20ins. Bust. 32-34ins. Length of sleeve seams 19ins.

Materials: To make this cosy jumper you require 10 skeins “Sunbeam” crochet or “Sun-Glo” shrinkproof 4 ply fingering wool, shade No. 2185 (maize). 2 pairs needles Nos. 9 and 12. 1 crochet hook.
