Worn with a trim black tailleur, this jumper would look most effective made from white thread. The tie and belt could be of black for contrast. Made in an oatmeal shade, with trimming of brown, it would be ideal for spring wear combined with a brown linen suit.

MATERIALS: 10oz of crepe thread equal to a 2-ply wool; No. 10 needles; a belt and some braid to make a bow; a crochet-hook.

MEASUREMENTS: To fit a 34-inch bust; length to the underarm seam, 15 inches; sleeve at the underarm seam, 8 inches.
