Dots are one of nature’s simplest forms, yet once you start to play with them, you realize how infinite their possibilities are. Changing their color, size, arrangement, or density can evoke patterns both familiar and exotic. By joining them together, they become a unified tapestry reminiscent of woodpecker holes in a tree trunk, frog eggs, coral, lotus seed pods, a caterpillar’s back, dappled light on the grass, or… I suspect I could go on forever seeing new patterns and combinations.

The modular, “join-as-you-go” construction means you can easily make this piece to any dimensions you like.
