Sure, we all have way too many irons in our personal fires. That’s why we are so lucky it takes a loooong time for iron to burn, huh? Go ahead, channel your inner blacksmith and put another iron in your knitterly fire by casting on these socks. They knit up quickly, with an easy-to-memorize chevron pattern that is elevated by that highly variegated skein of sock yarn that’s been winking at you from your stash.

The Smithy socks are one-third of a new collection, Socks for Busy B’s. All three toe-up socks are the perfect “throw-in-your-bag-and-work-on-whenever” projects - they don’t take tons of concentration, you can sneak in a few rounds while waiting for {insert thing you’re often waiting for here}, and they result in really fabulous finished objects. Each pattern can be purchased separately, for $5, or you can get the whole collection for $11.
