Materials:

• Worsted weight yarn (3 colors – 1 skein each), plus eye & mouth colors
• Size D (3.25 mm) crochet hook
• Fiberfill
• 12mm safety eyes (optional)
• Stitch marker
• Tapestry needle

Gauge: Not important for this pattern:
4.5 sc = 1 inch & 4 sc rows = 1 inch

Special Stitches

Join in: place a slip knot on hook of new yarn, insert hook through st, yo, pull through st, finish st as pattern states

Decreased Single Crochet (d.sc): insert hook through st, yo, pull through st, insert hook into next st, yo, pull through st, yo, pull through remaining loops on hook
