Pattern includes two sizes/styles and a flower.

Skill level: intermediate beginner. Pattern uses basic stitches.

Materials
Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in colors of choice. The “large” tote is worked with 2 strands held together and eats up a lot of yarn. Approximately 1000 yards total.
Striped sample: Red Heart in Cherry, Pumpkin, Blue, Shocking Pink; Vanna’s Choice Brilliant Lime; Caron One Pound Joquil
Brown sample: Red Heart in Café, Buff, Off White; Vanna’s Choice Cranberry

Crochet Hooks: H, I, J, K hook

Miscellaneous: yarn needle, sewing needle and thread, Large snap closure (optional), 2 D rings or handle hardware (optional)

Gauge: not important for this project

Finished size: large bag -15” wide x 11” tall, handle 30” long; rectangle bag – 13” wide x 12” tall, handle 27” long
