The “oatmeal” colorway of the Studio Donegal Darnie reminded me of the color of the dirty, slushy snow that covers most of Boston during the winter. The spiral rib pattern of this beanie made me think of swirling snowflakes spiralling through the air as they fall to the ground during a blizzard. Thus, Snow Squall was born! As this is a really quick knit, it’s perfect for gifts for both your loved ones or a gift to yourself to keep your ears warm through the winter, whether it’s snowing or not. A faux fur pom on top adds a perfect cosy touch!
