Snowbaby is a cosy, beanie style hat for children, with the versatile option of a turned up or turned down brim. The softly rounded crown makes for a comfortable fit and the traditional snowflake design adds a lovely Nordic flavour.

Worked in the round with just two colours, this would be a great first project for those wanting to try fair isle. No seaming and knits up quickly in an Aran/Worsted weight yarn. Size is given for a 1-3 year old but larger needles could be used to easily increase the size.
