This pattern is for a 12-point snowflake ornament. If worked in #10 crochet thread on a 1.65mm (US7) hook. the completed snowflake should finish approximately 4” across.

Stitches used include: ch, sl st, dc, tr.
Round 3 includes a stitch not described in the stitch guide: “ … ch 4, sl st backward into last ch-8 sp, …”
What seemed to work here was to slip the hook into the ch-8 space from back to front.

The completed snowflake will need fabric stiffener.
