Many of us have discovered how wonderful 100% cotton scrubbies are for our skin as well as how useful they are in the kitchen.

Here are a couple of designs especially for winter or the Holidays. They work up very quickly and are suitable for a crocheter who is comfortable with increasing and decreasing rows. Make a whole forest of trees, or a storm of snowflakes to decorate your bathroom or kitchen this winter!

If you’re making the Christmas tree for use as a dishcloth, try this variation - you can make the star out of netting fabric that has been cut into strips of about an inch wide. Crochet as per the pattern, using the netting instead of yarn and a size K crochet hook. Then you will have a little “scrubbie” corner on your dishcloth!
