This a-line pinafore (sleeveless dress) and shoes set was designed for the #5301 Snuggly 100% Merino 4 Ply brochure by Sirdar. The body is knitted in one piece from the Fair Isle trimmed bottom to the armholes, then separated into stranded sections of front and back. The sections are worked separately before seaming the shoulders together. The shoes feature a contrasting colourway for the soles and ankle straps. Both Fair isle stitch patterns are given in chart form and written instructions.
