So Simple Toe-Up Sockette
This pattern is simple, easy to make, and fast to complete!
I used a left over Phentex Merite skein, appreciated by those who can’t stand the itchy feeling of wool (like my teenager), but you can select any yarn you like.
In my own opinion, wool is great for this project as the sockette can be usefull as a warm complement in winter boots when wearing panty hose!
The size fits small-medium in width, but you can make the size you want in length.
If you want it a little wider, feel free to add a couple of stitches to your provisionnal cast on, as the amount of stitches is the same all the way, it should be easy to manage.
For the Eng version, in the Shape heel section, after you’ve reach 5 stitches, the next row isn’t the 24th but should read 18th. Sorry for this little mistake! The v2 is available now.
Pour la version française, dans la section du Talon, le 18e rang devrait indiquer 6m env et non 11, puis 7, 8, etc. Désolée pour cette petite erreur! La v2 corrigée est disponible maintenant.
