For cold beers and warm hands, every beer drinker needs a beer cozy. This pattern is designed for bottled beer and is made out of washable sock yarn. A few ribs on each side allows the cozy to accomodate both lean and stout beer bottles.

Needles: Double pointed needles are recommended, but you could also use two circular US4.

Yarn: Yarn is used doubled in this pattern. Any fingering weight yarn makes an acceptable substitute. Pattern includes discussion on how to maintain striping effect when doubling the yarn.
