The Sock Yarn Crochet Bag is worked in the round using only double crochet stitches (US: single crochet stitches).

You can use any sock yarn with a stocking stitch tension of 30 stitches and 42 rows to 10cm (4in) or one that is recommended to be worked on 2.5mm needles or hook.

Bag in photo uses Opal Rainforest 4 shade Elvira 2146.

It has crocheted plaited handles and an oval base which is reinforced by a plastic canvas insert.

Finished Size: 56cm (22in) circumference, 29cm (11 1/2in) high and 9cm (3 1/2in) deep.
