The Soho Scarf is a triangular scarf with striped pattern and a garter stitch border. It is easy to stitch - simple and effective!
Cast on a few stitches and increase every other row to shape the scarf. The pattern has picture tutorials that show you how to increase stitches with “make one left” and “make one right”. There is also a helpful tutorial which explains how to stripe the colours; of course the Soho Scarf looks pretty spiffy knit plain with no striping too.
We knit our version with Madelinetosh Merino Light, which is a one ply, fingering weight yarn. It makes the scarf wonderfully soft and light. The 100% merino is super-soft and comfortable to wear. The hand dyed quality in this yarn really gives depth to the finished project. You will have extra yarn if you buy two full skeins of Madelinetosh Merino Light, enough to make a much larger version of this scarf, or two smaller scarves with reverse colouring.

You can find all the yarn and the Soho Scarf pattern together in a Knit Kit HERE
