Pattern Notes
On the centenary of Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening, Robert Frost’s iconic winter poem, I have designed a series of images for a solstice advent that complement the poem. This pattern is designed to be adaptable, put your own image or letters in the bunting. I have included a blank pattern page as well as an advent alphabet.

This bunting is worked from the top down. Starting flat and then joined in the round to work the stranded knitting. Each of the twelve panels has a winter themed image on one side and a plaid motif on the reverse. Starting flat allows you to create a channel for the string to sit in.

I am also running a KAL with these patterns for the month of December, so check our our KAL thread on the Subito Farm group page and be sure to tag your instagram pics with #subitofarmKAL.
