Supplies Needed
Tape measure
Tapestry Needle
Needles - # 9 24 inch Circular Needle because there are too many stitches for a straight needle. But, you will knit back and forth. An extra circular needle is not necessary but suggested to use to keep your stitches on hold. Please remember that after knitting up your swatch, your needle size may change.
Gauge- 4.5 stitches = 1” or 18 sts. = a 4 in square in Stockinette Stitch using a #9 needle
Measurements
Width = 25(28)“, length = 72/74” The length is the length that wraps around you. The width is the amount the shawl drops down from the back of the neck.
