Soraya is a name of Persian origin meaning “rich” or “princess”. You won’t need to be rich to make this shawl, but it could make you feel like a princess wearing it!

The lace is charted (no written instructions) and can be worked to make a small or large size shawl. Beads on the edging add a touch of glitter, whichever size you decide on.

Both of the suggested yarns fall in the “heavy fingering” to “light sport” weight category.

For experienced lace knitters.
