Knitrino is a newly launched tech start-up created by two sisters and we publish interactive patterns. Knitrino is like Google Maps for knitting patterns: Click a stitch to see how to do it, highlight your current place, track your progress step by step, see charts in your yarn colors, see only your size, and more. Knitrino’s goal is to make knitting more accessible, and to help people grow into the knitters they aspire to be! This innovative app is for knitters longing for better pattern usability and navigation using small screens. There is no PDF associated with this pattern. It is available in both iOS and Android, download at:

Apple App Store
Play Store

What new Knitrino knitters are saying:

Keeping track and following a pattern in Knitrino is effortless in a way I didn’t know I was missing till I had it. (Wendy)

I am also super impressed with Knitrino. I thought working from an app would feel cumbersome, but instead it has made my usual pattern placekeeping system on paper seem cumbersome. (McKenzie)

I’ve always been a paper pattern knitter and I really liked using the app and being able to keep track. Note keeping in the app is so easy. I like that each note posts with the current date without me having to check. (Kim)

About the socks!
From Designer Andrea Cull comes the most beautiful pair of socks we’ve ever seen! The Sorbet Socks - in Sparkling Grapefruit in Earl Grey Fiber Co’s Gunpowder base (Merino/Yak/Nylon) - feature an elegant lace motif on the instep that you will not be able to take your eyes off of! Knitting socks is one of the most exciting adventures you can have with needles and yarn & whether it’s your 1st or 101st sock, we think you’ll love the Knitrino experience for navigating your way from the toe through the heel to the cuff! You’ll quickly understand why our test knitters said things like “These basically knit themselves…I’m flabbergasted! What a beautiful pattern!”

The Sorbet Socks Pattern is designed to be knit one sock at a time using the magic loop method (either a long circular or Addi Flexi Flips) in fingering weight yarn.

Andrea loves intricate Japanese lace and unique stitches - and wanted to be able to see it while she’s wearing it. So she placed these stunning motifs on her feet! She was inspired by the hottest days of Oklahoma summers on her farm which she ends by cooling off, knitting with her feet propped up, and drinking something sparkling on ice.

We have a limited number of kits with this exclusive color “Sparkling Grapefruit” from Heather at Earl Grey Yarn Company! To see the pattern in Knitrino (or be invited to install) click this link from your phone.

Knitrino Community
As a part of every sock purchase you will be invited to our Knitrino KAL that includes a live Zoom cast on (and we will get you started in Knitrino) and a group chat on Slack. It is a small group and welcoming space where you’ll make new friends and feel like Annie:

The Knitrino community is hands down the best

We know Knitrino isn’t for everyone. We are a small indie production of quality, curated patterns, like a magazine. You cannot import PDFs (there are good tools for this already). Because of the nature of our interactive tools each pattern is lovingly built by us and takes countless hours to create. We are aiming to uplift the creative work of indie designers and pay them generously upfront, about twice what most magazines pay. Please reach out to us with any questions support@knitrino.com
