Sorrel uses two different tartan patterns in warm earthy tones. The pattern of the left front and
sleeve is actually a stripe pattern, which is then embroidered with vertical lines to mimic tartan.
The pattern of the right front and sleeve is worked in stranded colorwork. The back is in solid
color in St st. The comfortable cardigan has a relaxed shape and modified drop shoulder sleeves, button bands and a collar, which are worked in single ribbing. The back and fronts are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together.
