South Lake Tahoe is not only the birth place of my amazing husband, it is also a California resort city on the lake, in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It’s known for nearby ski resorts, hiking trails, cycling and beaches. The city’s restaurants and bars merge with the casinos of adjacent Stateline, Nevada. It is a place of immense beauty with it’s clear blue water, It is truly a unique city.

The South Lake Tahoe headband has a tree cable pattern on both sides that resemble the trees of the Sierra mountains. Headband is worked from tip to tip, beginning with the 1st tree pattern, followed by the 2nd tree pattern. 2 buttons are attached for an adjustable fit.

The headband is one size fits most. To adjust the size, adjust the size of needles you will use or work more rows in the stockinette portion.

The pattern is charted and has written instructions as well.
