Are you ready to look and feel elegant? Southern breeze is truly a feminine hat that says, “I’m beautiful.” You can use Sinfonia yarn which is 100% mercerized cotton, so the hat is light weight and cool. Using quality products like the millinery wire enables you to make a well-crafted hat where the brim will stay in place as adjusted.
