Whether it’s Sparkle or her slightly larger cousin, Narbow the Rainbow Narwhal (knit in Viking of Norway Sportsragg) this is a cute, fun and fast knit with simple increases and decreases (make ones, ssks and k2togs) with a little backward looping cast on. The body and gusset are knit flat and the horn is picked up and knit in the round with dpns (photos provided to help with the technique) so you will need both straight needles and dpns in the size listed.

Additional supplies: yarn needle, stuffing and two 9mm safety eyes

Finished size is for Sparkle. Narbow will be a bit bigger. Feel free to try any yarn size, but adjust your needle size down by two sizes to get a firm fabric which the stuffing will not show through. Depending on how much larger or smaller your narwhal turns out, you may need to use bigger or smaller safety eyes.
