Luscious scarf works up quickly - I knit mine while relaxing through two movies!

Woven look created by slipping sts with yarn held in front of the knitting. Staggered slipped sts create the spiral. Slipped stich pattern yields quite a dense fabric, which will curl somewhat but also holds its shape nicely as a “sculptural” fashion scarf.
