Spirea is a totally reversible shawl, created for the Pro-Verbial Yarn & Fiber Club by A Verb for Keeping Warm. I simply love the way that Kristine, Adrienne, and AVFKW team create the most beautiful colors with plants and flowers! One of my favorite techniques is the one where they lay flowers over a fabric, and this was the main
inspiration for Spirea! We can wrap this drapey and highly textured shawl over the shoulders in AVFKW spectacular colors in the beautiful Flock yarn base! Spirea also mixes two different techniques: knitting and embroidery! It is an invitation to play with colors, textures, and our hands! We hope you have a peaceful and fun knitting time!
You can choose to work from chart or written instructions.
