Skills required: Knit, Purl, Slip Stitch. Aggressive blocking recommended.

This pattern was originally designed for my husband. He wanted a bright scarf for walking to work in the damp Seattle winters, but he didn’t want it to be too girly or too warm. I pored through the Ravelry database and could find nothing to satisfy him. He liked a little bit of this pattern and a little bit of that.

I managed to find a compromise in a couple of stitch pattern books, so I’ve compiled a pattern for y’all. Enjoy!
