Splitbark is one of the patterns featured in Westknits Book Two, available here.

Garter stitch is combined with honeycomb cables to form a pair of textured mittens. The cuff is worked back and forth with I-cord buttonholes. Then, the rest of the project is worked in the round with plump cables that curve around the outside of the hand. Secure the mittens with some buttons at the wrist and keep your hands toasty warm.

Finished Measurements
7.5″ / 19cm palm circumference. 10″ / 25cm from CO to BO.
Mitten length can be adjusted within the main cable section after the thumb gussets. Mittens are modeled on hands with an 8.5″ / 22cm palm circumference.
