“Spring Bouquet” is a horseshoe-shaped shawlette worked top-down, starting from a stockinette stitch center at the nape and knitted outwards to the lace edge.
You will need:
Yarn: 600–700 m [656–766 yds] /100 g [3.5 oz], approx. 50–60 g [1.8–2.1 oz] total
For the pictured shawlette, a Kashmir-silk blend has been used for the stockinette center and a silk yarn with a yardage of 600m/100g [656 yds/3.5 oz] for the lace edging.
Measurements:
Center depth: 27 cm = 10.6”
Outside edge depth: 33 cm = 13”
Along upper edge (nape): 98 cm = 38.5”
Along bottom edge (lace border): 197 cm = 77.5”

Finished size can be adjusted by using other yarn weights and needles sizes: For a smaller shawl, use thinner yarn (with more yardage), to make a larger shawl, use thicker yarn (with less yardage).
This design will look particularly appealing when yarns different in texture and color are used for the stockinette body and the lace edging, with the most stunning results to be expected from long color repeat / gradient yarn for the body and a matching solid color for the edgе. Experiment for your favorite combination.
Needles: Circular knitting needles 3.5 mm [US4] and 3 mm [US2.5].
Other: 18 stitch markers in one color and 1 in a different color for the center st, сrochet hook 3.5 mm [US4], row counter.
