This pattern was designed with spring/summer in mind, It’s made using light weight yarn so it’s not a heavy material. You can adjust your stitch count to make this in several sizes,,,adding certain rows to your length will make it longer…if you choose not to use fringe, make sure to add a few extra of the last rows to accommodate that length you will lose from not using them..The chunky yarn I used in this pattern was strictly for the tie. You don’t have to use this type, use any you like and be creative..you can add beads to the end of the tie ends as well. It can be worn off the shoulder or close to the neck.
