It is intended to be used with either my ‘seasonal dresses pattern’ or one of my 9 inch tall animal patterns that includes a dress as it only gives the chart and written instructions for the design of the skirt rather than the full construction (full construction and pattern details are in the Seasonal Dresses pattern itself or in one of the girl animal patterns)
