This is a pattern I just completed to crochet a cute little dress for the new little baby girl.

This set features an open design with cute ruffles crocheted on after the dress is complete. You can choose to leave the ruffles off and instead weave ribbon through the holes around the skirt of the dress for a different look.

The dress ties in the back. The hat has the same design and also has the ruffles and woven ties.
