This pattern was first knit as a Mystery Knit-A-Long in the Pyrrha Designs group, but is now available as a complete pattern.

The small size is more of a scarf, whereas the large size has more shaping and is more shawly. The small size is pictured in green.

• Fingering/4ply yarn – it can be done with other weights but I don’t know the yardages.
• Plain or tonal yarns are best – it’s not really suitable for variegated yarns. Long colour change yarns might work though.
• 4mm 100cm circular needle – or whatever size gives you an approximate gauge of 22sts/10cm(4”) in stocking stitch. Gauge isn’t crucial.
• Small size: 400m/440yds and 419 optional beads.
• Large size: 600m/660yds and 459 optional beads.

4Nov13: Often on patterns I find the caveat that knitters may not sell items made with the pattern. After a lot of thought and research I have decided that I don’t agree with this statement. I don’t believe that the designer has any rights over the finished product, so, if you’re handknitting and you want to sell items made from my patterns - Best of Luck, and Go For It! I think handknitting for a living must be quite a challenge, so you need all the luck I can give you. Of course, my rights DO cover the patterns themselves, so you mustn’t copy or distribute them.
