This is the cover project on Knit Today Magazine, No. 57, March 2011, Spring Mittens supplement. There is only one pattern in the supplement.

It is a simple pair of mittens for men, in pure wool DK. It is knitted flat on two needles. There is a ribbed cuff, striped in main and constrast colour, and the main part of the mitten is in plain stockinet in main colour, with the thumb in contrast colour.

Required: 1 x 50g ball of recommended yarn in main colour; one similar ball in contrast colour. A pair of 3.5mm needles and a pair of 4mm needles. Bodkin or tapestry needle for seaming.
