Sparkly beads glisten like raindrops, greeting the awakening of Spring’s first leaves.

Scarf is knit as 2 halves and then joined with the easy no-tears/no-grafting no-knit pull-over bind off (instructions included) or substitute with grafting if you prefer. Beads are placed with crochet hook method.

Scarf in main photo was knitted in hand spun yarn. For similar effect in commercial yarn, choose a gradiant or yarn with long color runs such as Crystal Palace Mini Mochi, Sausalito, or Knit Picks Chroma Fingering (Impressionist is a suggested color).

Also see sample photos of effect obtained in hand-dyed yarns with shorter color runs such as Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock (in color Forest). Supplies paks (yarn/beads) available here.
