This sock pattern has a simple lace snowflake flower on the top of the foot which travels up the front of the leg. The lace looks more complicated than it is to knit, and is perfect for sock knitters who have never knit lace socks before.

The pattern is written for magic loop, toe up construction, but it is easily adjusted to your favorite sock knitting style. You can use the lace even in a top down sock. If you are a new sock knitter, try this toe- up version with a gusset and heel-flap heel. Or, if you prefer, pop in your favorite heel.

The lace is written as well as charted and is easily memorized.
