These mitts are a fun exercise in color and proportion from the inventive Ann Weaver.

Starting with four fat skeins of Rothko-esque colors, you can knit up a batch of mitts for friends and family, which should keep you busy and make you popular. Then you can all wear them at the same time, and life will be perfect.

Materials
Artisan Sock by HazelKnits [120 g skeins, each approx 400 yds (366 m), 90% merino wool / 10% nylon].
You will need the following quantities for each pair of mitts:
A: 25 yds (23 m)
B and C: 75 yds (68.5 m)
D: 15 yds (13.5 m)

Note: Starting with 1 skein in each of the 4 colors, you can make at least 5 pairs of mitts. Make your mitts like ours or move the colors around and see what happens.
