Squish is the DK/Worsted pattern from the second annual Whackalong MKAL which is a live-design event. The idea is to use stash yarn and have a little fun while I make up a pattern as we go along. This is the final tech edited version of the pattern. A chart for every section and tick-sheet also come with the full written instructions.

Yarn
MC (variegated): 100g DK/Worsted weight yarn (sample used 85g Malabrigo Rios which is 192m/210y per 100g/3.53oz col. Diana)
CC1 (solid): 100g DK/Worsted weight yarn (sample used 83g Malabrigo Rios which is 192m/210y per 100g/3.53oz col. Solis - skein 1)
CC2 (solid): 100g DK/Worsted weight yarn (sample used 89g Malabrigo Rios which is 192m/210y per 100g/3.53oz col. Solis - skein 2)

I did not use a second contrast colour for mine but I used a separate skein of the same contrast colour to track yardage.

Needles & Notions
5mm (US 8) needles. I like to use an 80cm (31 1/2”) circular needle set but straight are fine also.
Cable needle. Stitch markers (min. 2, max. 37). Removable marker or safety pin (optional).

Tension/Gauge
18 sts and 25 rows per 10cm (4”) square over stocking stitch after blocking.

Finished Measurements
Approx. 46cm deep at centre x 188cm wide (18” x 74”) after blocking.
